An average-sized person contains about 7 x 1018 joules of potential energy which is enough to explode with the force of thirty very large hydrogen bombs.

why then do I feel so lacking in energy so often? is there any way to access that energy (in a safe way!)….?

So does that mean that the potential energy is tied up with the physical existence of the body, in the same way that you can’t burn a log of wood and still have your log at the end of the day? And you can’t have your cake and eat it?
